Do you have the first edition of the book? (Blue cover). If you do, the
distribution of DJGPP with that book is completely screwed! I am not sure
about the 2nd edition, but it's probably screwed too. No book that includes
DJGPP on CD-ROM (that I know of) has managed to get it right yet. Not even the
first Dr. Dobb's Journal "Alternative Programming Languages" CD managed to get
it right. Just spend a few hours downloading the full compiler package
(www.delorie.com), since it will be more up to date than any CD-ROM
distribution.
