Easier? No way... DJGPP is very easy to install...
All you have to do is unzip all the zip files to eg. c:\djgpp and add two
lines to your autoexec.bat
SET DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\djgpp.env
SET PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN

Then type RHIDE and start coding. I know that RHIDE have a lot of bugs and
isn't easy to use but better than the command line Borland C++ Compiler
gives you.

No... not BC. BCC is free. The Borland C++ Compiler. BC is the IDE and you
still have to pay money for it.
