The makefile is processed by make.exe which is part of the mak*b.zip
distribution. Please go to the site where you got DJGPP and check the
v2gnu/ folder for the zipfile. Downloading and unzipping it should be
enough. Afterwards just go to the allegro directory and type "make
install" and enjoy :-)
