The function 168Fh doesn't seem to allow to catch the close-window event, it
only allows you to disable the close button.  I don't see anything in RBIL
that explains how to get notification about the DOS box being closed.  If you
know how to do that, please explain (an interface to a Pascal unit doesn't
really explain how to implement that).
