I think the <whatever>d.zip files in the DJGPP archives may contain HTML
docs. Otherwise, grab the relevant source archive, find the texinfo file
for the manual (.txi or .texi generally) and run them through a Perl
script called texi2html. OK, so it's not exactly straightforward ;)

You may also be able to find them on the web somewhere.
