Practicaly no one can understand what You talking about. You should 
mention what package You're building, which GCC version, which 
DJGPP version You are using etc. And also fully include at least one 
complete error message.

About this problem. I can only guess You're compiling GRX-2.3. 
Please search mailing list (or newsgroup) archives for related posts. 
This was discussed earlier even several times.
