Simply put a proper copyright notice in your source code and --version
output, as described at the end of COPYING. Essentially you have to
disclaim all warranties, say it's free software, and point users to
the GPL.

When you get your package ready for prime time, look at the
instructions in section 22.7 of the DJGPP FAQ list about uploading
your package to Simtel.net.
