Looks like some of the Info docs files you have were compressed by the
Gzip program.  The RHIDE docs viewer knows how to uncompress such files
on the fly, but it needs an external program gzip.exe to do this.

The solution is to download the Gzip distribution, v2gnu/gzp124ab.zip
from the same place you get DJGPP, and install it.  Then it will work.
