You can't attach an Icon to a DOS program.  Windows programs (NT/9x/console)
usually have a section in their executable file for resources.  In this
section is stored the information for it's dialogs, icons, bitmaps, strings,
menu's and almost anything else you can think of under the sun.  This
section does not exist in DOS executables.
