you used winzip, right clicked and went "Extract to folder
c:\djgpp\djdev202" didn't you?  At least thats what it looks like to me
anyways.  What you should have done was just right click on it and "Extract
to..." and then browse to c:\djgpp  and unzip it into there.  You shouldn't
end up with a djdev202 directory at all.  Hope this helps a bit.
