Protoize is part of the GCC distribution.  However, it was never
officially ported to DJGPP, and therefore the gccNNNb.zip
distributions do not include protoize.exe.

Perhaps you could port it, and then submit the patches to the GCC
maintainers.

Failing that, if you have access to a Linux machine, you will most
probably find it there.  You can run `protoize' on Linux, and then
copy the processed sources to your DOS/Windows machine.
