I don't know if it's available or not. But either way, it'd be no good
for any real work, IMHO. Practically every vi clone available these
days is strongly preferrable to 'the real thing', except for maybe one
thing: if for some reason, you really need to know how, *exactly*, a
certain detail is supposed to work, in vi, the original sources are
the only reference you'll have. Other than that, however, I'd always
stick with vim, elvis, or whatever clone you prefer. They have so many
additional features that the real vi will feel clumsy, compared to
them.
