Mes$-DOS Editor (c:\windows\command\edit.com) can
read LF-ended text files from *n?x and saves them as CRLF-
ended DOS-style files. I used edit to fix my DJGPP.ENV.
Just don't use it for makefiles, as it will foul up your tabs.

Would the CR in a CRLF be considered a blank?
