RSXNTDJ makes Win32 programs. Some programs (for
example, RSXNTDJ itself) that users think runs in a DOS
box really runs in a winconsole. It only uses the WinAPI
if your program calls the WinAPI. It uses the portable
Allegro GUI if your program uses Allegro (which in turn
uses DirectX).
