No. DLLs call the WinAPI, to which DOS programs have little
or no access, except throug

DirectX can be used from Allegro. Simply get your Allegro-
based multimedia program running under DOS; then recompile
using RSXNTDJ or M$ Visual C++ and Windows Allegro 3.928.
