Please read Section 8.7 of the DJGPP FAQ as it has extensive 
details avout your problem.

I think you are getting this due to a bug in RHIDE 1.4,so I would 
suggest reading the FAQ and downloading RHIDE 1.4.7b from 
<http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~sho/rho/rhide.html> as it's the latest 
and has a lot of bugs like your -lstdcx removed.
