Go to Google
http://www.google.com/
and look for each of these items:
  libnet
  libsocket
  wattcp

libnet and libsocket IIRC use a back door into Winsock;
wattcp is a TCP stack in itself and uses your netcard's
DOS packet driver (if it's not a winnetcard).
