If you want tight integration with djgpp, there is nothing except RHIDE.
(At least i think so.)
But if you are willing to write makefiles check out "JFE" from

It is a free editor for programmers.
The author says "it has some features", but it is a full fledged editor with
many features that really work.
The main advantage of it is, that it can handle error messages of several
compilers including gcc. It redirects them into a neat window, you click on a line and
the erroneous file opens at the right place.
It is the only free editor i am aware of, that can do that for you,
except emacs.
