No, it's not a DNS problem, since "ping www.delorie.com" does work.

There's no sense in talking here about these problems.  If you think 
there's a problem with the DJGPP server, you need to write directly to
DJ Delorie <dj AT delorie DOT com>.  The list server is working, so chances are 
DJ can read mail.
