This happens when you have the same file two or more times open in your editor. RHIDE saves the changed files before compiling them. So every time you've changed your source and hit ctrl-f9 to compile and run your program, the changed files are saved. When the program finishes RHIDE comes back and checks if the open files were changed. This will be true for all the multiples you have and of which you have changed one instance before hitting ctrl-f9. Get it? Open each file only once and your problem will go away.
