Nope.  That file is just a zip of the floppy images (I just d/l'ed it
to be sure):

There *was* a file, also named dr703.exe (but size = 6243908 bytes) that
unzipped as one large archive, but it doesn't seem to be on Caldera's
site any longer.  Last time I saw it was early September.  Try searching
for it on some mirror sites....
