I've downloaded the latest version from http://www.bgnett.no/~giva/ ,
the homepage for Watt32, installed it, built the library for DJGPP and
the test programs and everything worked just fine. I followed exactly
the steps in the install doc. Are you sure you downloaded the correct
package and not the old DJGPP port, i.e. tcplib_dj200.1.tar.gz? The
correct file that holds the sources is called watt32s-2_0-dev_6.zip
