In general, no.  There is PMODE, but it doesn't support virtual memory.

Evidence from reading this newsgroup suggests that CWSDPMI is
significantly less troublesome than Windows DPMI.  Perhaps you could
post the code that gives you trouble.  There may be a subtle bug in your
code (there are cases where Windows will allow illegal behavior that
CWSDPMI catches), or it could be a bug in CWSDPMI (in which case it can
be fixed).
