YES my micro is slow and awkward and short of memory and short of
disk-space and I do have a new one ( WIN 98 SE or maybe WIN 2000 I
think also doubleboot Linux ) on my shopping-list. "Real Soon Now."
But. Meanwhile ...
Strictly speaking,
I - RSXNTDJ compiler does compile WIN programs even on WIN 3.1
because RSXNTDJ ver 1.3.1 at least does support WIN 32s
II - however rsxide and debnt do not work. I can do without those, I
hope. But.
III - neither do grc and rsrc ( res compiler and linker )
So, while I am shopping for better hardware I meanwhile need a
resource compiler that will work on WIN 3.1 with RSXNTDJ - compiled
programs. None I have so far tried would work.
