Yes, but unfortunately, the only thing we can say is that 
the first problem was found using version 1.x and probably
the first release of NT 4; now we are using DJGPP 2.02
and NT 4 with Service Pack #4.

We will remove the
   int _crt0_startup_flags=_CRT0_FLAG_UNIX_SBRK;
assignement because the "fast keyboard return" problem
is really annoying. We hope this will not cause
to reproduce the old problem. If we have some other
relevant detail, we will post it to the list.
