Once upon a time, in the good ole days of DJGPP v1.x, there was a
package called EZGCC, which was a minimal DJGPP development
environment (the debugger wasn't part of it, btw, and neither was
RHIDE).  I think it was two floppies, and another one in case you
wanted C++ as well.

However, nobody did make an analogous package for DJGPP v2.  Perhaps
you could change that?

The hard problem is to figure out what do most people see as the
``minimal'' package.
