No offense, but is myfile.c actually in the same directory that you ran the
command from?

Are you sure you've added the correct lines to your autoexec.bat. All you
need is:

SET DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV
SET PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;%PATH%
