Chili, it doesn't matter what order you specify the switches. The original
poster obviously hasn't got gcc in his path.

To orignal poster: Have you set up the DJGPP environment variable? Have you
added djgpp/bin to your PATH? If not, add the following to your autoexec.bat
and reboot (this assumes djgpp is installed in c:\djgpp):

SET DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV
SET PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;%PATH%
