De IDE part of RSXNTDJ is very good. I too have moved to Mingw32, but have
yet to find a better IDE than RSXIDE with PFE. It would be nice if RSXIDE
could be tweaked to run with Mingw32 as seamlessly as the old version used
to with DJGPP.
