Eli, I don't think me writing up instructions on how to compile a buggy
product is the way to fix the problem. Rather have the distribution
maintainers fix it. As I say, I didn't get everything to work, just a few of
the example programs. There are some serious mistakes in regard to Mesa's
DJGPP port which I'm going to try and make the maintainers aware of (if I
could just find some email addresses).
