I had the same problem and after a good 4 hours of messing around, reading
make files and generally fixing one problem at a time, I finally got mesa to
compile and I could run most of the demo programs. I actually think that the
DJGPP version hasn't been worked on for a while, so the developers
inadvertantly moved some files to the wrong directories and forgot to change
the makefils.
