If you are asking how to find the correct AUTOEXEC.BAT, then the 
zip-picker has the instructions.

If you are asking *why* is it tricky to find the correct AUTOEXEC.BAT, 
then I don't know (didn't have yet the dubious pleasure of installing 
Windows 98).  Anybody?
