Examine the html files included in the docs folder, especially the one
called allegro.html.  It includes a full function list of what allegro
has built in.  Everything else you have to do yourself.  The
documentation is above average, for that matter.  You also would
probably want to thoroughly examine the examples folder, and in specific
the examples.txt file.  That makes it easier to dig through and see what
allegro can do.
