Not only do these functions exist, they even have the same name and
calling syntax as the Borland versions. DJGPP tries to be compatible
to old Borland DOS compilers, among other goals. Go and checkout

	info libc alpha gotoxy

or more generally,

	info libc func conio

for the details.
