Normally I'd tell you not to bother and that it wasn't worth it (which it isn't, there are
some BIG mistakes the RSXNTDJ author made which have ended up in endless questions to me
about how to fix it). Anyway, here's the site:

http://www.mathematik.uni-bielefeld.de/~rainer/

I really suggest you get Mingw32 and the latest version of EGCS though, it'll save you a
lot of problems setting things up. Mingw32 works just as well, if not better than RSXNTDJ,
and it's headers are more up to date.

To Rainer (the RSXNTDJ author): PLEASE fix the problems with version 1.5 of RSXNTDJ (ie
the missing line in the source, the truncated long file names, the out of date headers).
If they hadn't been there in the first place a lot of people could've saved a lot of hours
trying to get it to work.
