desperately need help.

No instructions with latest distrubtion to install it, and the .exes
complain about the enivornment not being set up properly for rsxntdj
whenever I try to make anything with them.

The scant few help docs that came with it were broken (Wrong version of
help, supposedly) No other documentation could be found, and their website
has been taken down (one linked at delorie.com/djgpp)

I need to know how to set rsxntdj up (obviously)
Any assistance is welcome.
