You are correct. I found a "make.exe" on ftp.franken.de (Mumit Kahn) and it
works OK!
By the way: When compiling Allegro for mingw32 I got an error from make
that the environment variable "SYSTEMROOT" was not defined. I checked it
and it appears that WinNT defines "SystemRoot". When I renamed it to the
all uppercase variant everything worked.
I don't know who should pickup this topic: Mumit, Shawn or Bill. Hopefully
one of them is triggerd by the title of this message.
