Mesa 3.0 from MGL 4.5b4 compiles brilliantly with DJGPP. I recently
tried its tests and they work without any problems.
Unfortunately, MGL 4.5b4 is not announced yet and only developers have
access to its sources. But you can download MGL 4.5b3 and get some
patches against this version from
news://news.scitechsoft.com/scitech.mgl.developer newsgroup.
