Try the URL below. There's no spec file but explains what the
problems are and how to fix them. There were also some patches
for the MS SDK headers. The one's that come with RSXNTDJ are out
of date.

P.S. You could ask the web site's author for a copy of his specs
     file. I found him very helpful.
