The ld.exe that comes with RSXNTDJ is only really necessary to build
Windows .dll's. Since it does not report missing links, I'd really
suggest using the standard DJGPP ld.exe unless you want to do a .dll.
Then, check for errors with the standard, and switch to the RSXNTDJ
version if the link is ok.
