Try pcGrasp. It's available for free at
http://www.eng.auburn.edu/department/cse/research/grasp/grasp_main.shtml
You'll have to tweak the compiler-environment-properties to match DJGPP's 
(which you have set in autoexec.bat). The Cygwin-compiler-settings are a good 
starting point.
