This is not necessarily true; you need to watch the actual command line 
passed to the linker to make sure that the libraries are last.

AFAIK, you aren't supposed to specify libraries as command-line options in
RHIDE; you are supposed to add them to the list of libraries in the
current project, and leave it to RHIDE to put them on the command line.  I
don't know how to do that, since I don't use RHIDE, though.
