The standard system BIOS only supports 64Mb of 
memory, so without HIMEM.SYS that is all that
you will see.  If you have HIMEM.SYS installed
you potentially can see all of it, if you have
a new enough version of HIMEM.SYS.  DOS 6.X and
earlier versions only supported 64Mb, while the
versions which come with Win95/Win98 will support
more.

However - there is currently a bug in CWSDPMI 
which prevents using more than 128Mb of the 
physical memory (I haven't released a patch yet 
since noone's bugged me) so unless 64Mb really
hinders you, don't worry, be happy.
