They are not defined in standard C  or standard C++.  Other libraries
might define them.  Read the documentation of such libraries to find
out.  Or you can call the library vendor.

I spend two hours opening up every *.h file and read them through trying
to spot a #define for either TRUE or FALSE, just to answer your
question.  I hope you have a good reason for asking that question.  Why
do you want to know "Where are TRUE and FALSE defined?"?  :(
