What are you asking here? DJGPP Boa is compiled with Waterloo tcp/ip.
If it works with a NIC it should work with DOSPPP also.  Have you tried EPPPD?  

BTW. pppd doesn't have any 'server' stuff, it's peer-to-peer remember.
