is it possible to put a function in a struc using c

how would i get, say: 'RHIDE' to do c++ (as default) i like using c but c++
offers the above which i have ran accross possible solutions to probs.

how would i get djgpp to do pascal of understand pascal?

would it be possible to create a project using c, c++ and pascal to gether?
(me and some friends have written prgs., but we all know different languages.
though pascal part was in windows. but the code sould be just about the same.)
like a moduel writen in pascal and the main writen in c/c++
