This is explained in detail in section 12.2 of the DJGPP FAQ list 
(v2/faq211b.zip from the same place you get DJGPP).

IMHO it is not nice to ask people to find all those fake mail headers and
edit hem manually when you are looking for free help.  If you want
personal email, please make the effort and supply a valid address in the
From: header.
