Not to rain on your parade, but the Win32 API documentation is available as
a Windows hlp file from http://www.cs.virginia.edu/~lcc-win32/.  It took
Jacob Navia some time to get Microsoft to let him distribute this resource,
but it is the Word, straight from the horse's ummh, err, mouth.
