I started a Win32 API documentation project ages ago, with the hope
that others would contribute, with little success. The idea died very
quickly and I became dispirited and ceased work on it myself. What was
created still exists at:

http://yoyo.cc.monash.edu.au/~davmac/freesdk/

I am still prepared to accept submissions, if *anyone* is prepared to,
say, document just *one* Win32 API call.... It could turn into a truly
useful resource.

Davin.
