__tb is the transfer buffer located in low (DOS) memory which DJGPP
uses to transfer info to/from for DOS calls and the like. You can use
it for your own purposes (check the size first) as long as you
remember that library calls can thrash the info in the buffer.

If you don't know what you need it for, then probably you just don't
need it.
